Maple Leaf Foods exec joins Lactalis Canada

Lactalis Canada has appointed Jean-Yann Bucaille to the position of vice president of information technology.

Bucaille joins the company from Maple Leaf Foods, where he served as global IS director. 

The executive will lead Lactalis Canada’s IT function with a focus on driving digital transformation, SAP deployment, industrial automation and overseeing the implementation of enterprise-level applications and leading-edge technology solutions.

Bucaille has more than 30 years of IT experience across the CPG and pharmaceutical and consulting industries in France, Italy and Canada, having held multiple senior management roles at Johnson & Johnson and Sanofi-Pasteur.
