Modern Plant Based Foods hires Anastasia Bogomolova as director of operations

Modern Plant Based Foods has hired Anastasia Bogomolova as its director of operations—a newly created position within the company.

Bogomolova has been tasked with overseeing and strengthening the Vancouver company’s production team and facility “in preparation for onboarding large retailers,” according to a press release.

Bogomolova brings 12 years of experience in food manufacturing to the role. She spent the last four and half years working as senior production manager with Daiya Foods.

"[Bogomolova] brings impressive manufacturing, supply chain and operations experience which is critical as we continue to execute our growth strategy and build out our internal capabilities both to support our multiple collaborations and prepare to onboard large retailers,” said Modern Plant Based Foods founder Tara Haddad.
