1-for-1 Superfood Baking Flour

Queen St. Bakery has created a flour that it says makes it easy to transform traditional muffins, brownies and cookies into gluten-free treats. Not only that, the Scarborough, Ont.-based company says its 1-for-1 Superfood Baking Flour uses superfoods millet seed and sorghum, which it says creates a product that’s higher in fibre and iron than wheat flour.
