SNÖ gingerbread man frozen dessert

For the holiday season, SNÖ has created a frozen, vegan gingerbread man sandwich filled with a vanilla mousse made using aquafaba--the viscous water in which chickpeas or other legumes have been cooked. The sandwiches are free from peanuts and other nuts, soy and gluten. SNÖ gingerbread man frozen dessert is sold in boxes of three for $6.99, and is available at IGA, Metro, Loblaws, Maxi, Real Canadian Superstore and No Frills.
