How did you get your start in the CPG business?
I began my career at Danone as an intern 20 years ago and quickly discovered the fast-paced, ever-evolving nature of CPG was where I thrived. I grew through marketing roles across food categories, learning the business from strategy to execution by staying close to consumers and the market. My passion for food, health and brands continues to fuel my journey.
What do you like most about your job?
What I enjoy most is driving growth by connecting deep consumer insights with bold ideas and strong execution. I also truly value the human side—building strong connections, collaborating across teams and unlocking collective energy. I love moving things forward together and seeing strategies come to life in ways that create real value for both people and the business.
What kind of leader do you aspire to be?
I aspire to be a leader who builds trust, empowers others and creates clarity. Someone who challenges with high standards but leads with empathy. I also believe leadership should have energy and a sense of fun—removing barriers, staying pragmatic, breaking silos and helping teams move forward together with impact.
What is your proudest career moment?
I’m especially proud of launching OIKOS Greek yogurt at speed and building strong leadership, and more recently expanding the brand with OIKOS PRO through fast and successful execution. Beyond the results, what matters most to me is turning ambition into action while helping people grow and bringing Danone’s mission of health through food to life.
What is your superpower?
My superpower is my ability to connect people, ideas and insights to drive action. I bring strong energy, rally teams around a shared goal and help maintain momentum—even in complex or fast-moving situations. I’m naturally resilient and focused on keeping people motivated while moving things forward.
What is a fun fact about you?
At work, I’m decisive and action-oriented—but in real life, I’m a true Libra and can barely choose what to order at a restaurant!
