Lactalis Canada’s new Astro Protein & Fibre Yogourt contains 14 grams of protein and four grams of fibre per serving, which the company says is a “winning combo to help Canadians maintain a healthy diet.” Made with simple ingredients and no artificial colours, flavours, sweeteners or preservatives, Astro Protein & Fibre Yogourt is available in four varieties: Blueberry with a Touch of Honey and Oats, Pineapple with Oats, Plain with a Touch of Honey and Oats, and Vanilla Flavour with Oats.
