Bella Lucia Gluten-Free Pizzelle Cookies

Touted as the "only gluten-free pizzelle waffle cookie in North America," Bella Lucia Gluten-Free Pizzelle Cookies is launching in Canada next month with two flavours: Vanilla and Anise. (The cookie brand has been available at more than 500 stores across the U.S. since 2011.) The cookies are handmade in the U.S., two at a time, and are free of GMOs, preservatives, additives, peanuts and dairy.
