Bento Sushi’s scallop lineup

Bento Sushi is introducing a new wave of innovation: scallops. Starting April 16, the grab-and-go sushi company is upping its protein game with the addition of scallop-forward options including Scallop Crunch Roll, Spicy Scallop Roll, Scallop Poke Bowl and Spicy Scallop Onigiri.
