Canada Packers appoints VP of strategy and sustainability

Canada Packers has hired Leah Stemeroff as vice-president, strategy and sustainability.

Stemeroff joins the Maple Leaf Foods pork company to lead the development and execution of its enterprise-wide strategy. 

She joins Canada Packers from Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she was principal in the retail practice. There, Stemeroff advised Canadian retailers on complex transformations, long-term enterprise strategy and profitability improvement initiatives. 

Stemeroff takes up her new role at Canada Packers on Sept. 8.

I'm confident she'll help strengthen our long-term direction and create value across the business,” said Dennis Organ, president and CEO of Canada Packers, in a press release.
