Canadian Potato Sings for Love & A Turkey Supper
The latest spot in Think Turkey’s Veggies Love Turkey creative campaign aims to connect with health-conscious meal planners by positioning turkey as a lean and delicious protein that best pairs with veggies, including classic Easter sides like scalloped potatoes.
To further inspire Canadians to Think Turkey this Easter, notable chefs and creators were engaged, including chef Mary Berg of hit CTV show Mary Makes It Easy and Quebec-based culinary expert Max L’Affamé, to highlight the many simple ways to bring turkey to the table from the oven to the air fryer and the barbecue. Easy Easter messaging will be amplified through craveable creator recipe content on ThinkTurkey.ca and partner channels and broadcast integrations on W Network, Cityline and Bell Media.
As more Canadians turn online for recipe inspiration and tools to plan their grocery shop, the Veggies Love Turkey creative will continue to activate digitally through search, display, retail, social and creator year-round to convince shoppers to add turkey to their grocery lists and shopping carts.
The Veggies Love Turkey creative campaign began May 2022, featuring three animated characters: a sweet country-singing tomato, a charismatic talk show host romaine and a buff carrot – all expressing their love for turkey in three colourful animated spots. The three veggies, alongside potato will continue to air in 2023 during key moments.
Think TurkeyTM / Pensez DindonMC is a five-year marketing campaign aimed at raising awareness of turkey as a lean and delicious everyday protein option.
