Now in its fifth year, the Canadian Grocer’s Star Women Awards recognize the remarkable achievements of women working in the grocery industry, both on the retail and distribution side.
This year
Canadian Grocer has recognized 16 winners for their contribution, dedication, innovation and leadership. Their achievements will be celebrated at our annual breakfast later this month.
Food trend tracker and product innovation executive Dana McCauley will be providing the morning's keynote address. As Executive Director of Food Starter, a food business incubator and accelerator, McCauley helps startup food businesses grow, and as CEO of Blue Unicorn Innovation, McCauley helps medium and large-sized food companies turn problems into profits. Outside of the boardroom, McCauley is a seasoned food writer, trend tracker and public speaker.
McCauley will be revealing her "hidden secrets of success" at the breakfast, reflecting on the role that setbacks and failures have played in her professional destiny.
