Grocery store staff are among those being hailed as heroes for continuing to work during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Despite the hardships and health risks, grocery store staff worked tirelessly to make create safe shopping environments and to keep shelves stocked.

Finnish grocery store chain HOK-Elanto is putting a spotlight on its employees in a short documentary titled 294. The title comes from a study that concluded grocery store work is considered Finland's 294th most respected profession, out of 379 included in the survey.
