Check this out: Eataly opens on the Las Vegas strip

Upscale Italian food store is open 24 hours and resides in the Park MGM hotel
1/16/2019

The Las Vegas strip became home to Eataly's newest location
over the holiday season and, perhaps fittingly, the brand's first 24-hour outlet.

The 40,000-sq.-ft. space within the Park MGM hotel includes two restaurants, six take-out counters, three bars, and sells more than 5,000 products.

Similar to its other locations, Eataly Las Vegas offers upscale Italian food in an environment that invites customers to eat, shop and learn. The Las Vegas store, however, offers new features and experiences including an "open counter-to-table concept that Eataly said would "shatter the barrier between restaurants and the store."

“We created Eataly Las Vegas with possibility in mind because anything can happen in Las Vegas,” said Nicola Farinetti, CEO of Eataly USA, in a press release. “With this store, we have evolved our ideas for how to deliver authentic Italian cuisine, and we are excited to join the destination with so many new venues and concepts.”

Launched in 2007 in Turin, Italy, Eataly has more than 40 stores in locations such as Japan, Dubai, New York, Boston, Moscow and Seoul, and a Toronto store is expected to open in the city’s high-end Yorkville neighbourhood later this year.
