CHFA names top natural health trends

Organization works with experts to determine Canadians' healthy eating trends

With consumers still hold strong to their New Year's resolutions, healthy eating is a priority for many.

"The holidays are a time when Canadians are more focused on spending quality time with friends and family and tend to forget about diets and ease up on exercise," said Helen Long, Canadian Health Food Association president.

With that in mind, CHFA has worked with experts to determine the top five natural health trends for the new year.
