Coke gets a slimmed down
The beverage giant launches a slimmer, smaller can in the U.K.
Coca-Cola will debut slimmer 250ml cans of Coke, Diet Coke and Coke Zero in the U.K. this summer. Compared to the larger 330 ml can that has 139 calories, the 250 ml can will contain 105 calories. Carbonate beverage sales are decline with rising health consciousness, companies are looking to offer more choices in package sizes. In Canada, the slimmer Coke cans aren't available, according to Coca-Cola Canada's public relations director, David Moran. To read more, go here.
