Dainty Gluten Free Baking Mixes, Gluten Free All-Purpose Flour Blend

Dainty Rice has launched a line of gluten-free baking mixes--Chocolate Cake, Doughnut Pancakes, Fudgy Brownies and Vanilla Cupcakes—that can be prepared for the oven in five to 10 minutes, as well as a gluten-free, all-purpose flour blend that can be used in place of traditional flour on a one-to-one ratio. Packaging for these products contains 25% post-consumer recycled material and, according to the company, is "technically 100% recyclable."
