Made with oats and chickpeas and free from dairy, gluten, peanuts and soy, Daiya's reformulated cheese blocks offer a “creamier, more balanced taste with a semi-firm bite and smooth finish,” according to the plant-based foods maker. Available in Medium Cheddar, Jalapeño Havarti, Monterey Jack and Smoked Gouda, these plant-based blocks can be sliced, cubed, grated or shredded.
