Dollarama completes acquisition of Australian discount chain The Reject Shop

Dollarama Inc. has closed its acquisition of Australia’s The Reject Shop.

The previously announced deal will see Montreal-headquartered Dollarama acquire Australia’s largest discount retailer. 

The Reject Shop’s store network spans 390 locations.

Dollarama also has a growing presence in Latin America through Dollarcity.
