Wolfville, N.S.’s Just Us! Coffee Roasters edged out the competition to emerge as the “people’s choice” winner in the Eat Atlantic Food Product of the Year award, announced Sept. 1.

Following six weeks of voting by local-food lovers across Atlantic Canada, Just Us! garnered 1670 votes, just 57 more than runner-up Covered Bridge Chips of New Brunswick.

The announcement was made at a celebration attended by Nova Scotia Agriculture Minister, John MacDonell.
