Enlightened keto ice cream

There's a new ice cream in town. Following a 2019 launch in the U.S., Enlightened keto ice cream is now available at Canadian grocery retailers including Metro, Save-On-Foods, Sobeys, Whole Foods and more. Enlightened is sweetened with erythritol, monk fruit and xylitol, which the company says won’t spike blood sugar--a key factor for those following the keto diet. The ice cream is gluten-free, made with zero sugar and is available in six flavours: Coffee Chip, Mint Chocolate, Vanilla Bean, Caramel Fudge, Chocolate and Glazed Donut
