Enter 2013 Product of the Year Awards
Rogers Media and Product of the Year have teamed up to recognize Canada’s broadest-category consumer products award program that champions innovation and is voted by more than 5,300 consumers.
Any products launched after January 1st 2011 to June 1st 2012 are eligible to enter the Product of the Year Awards Program.
Product of the Year is voted on by consumers and it’s the only award program that is recognized globally as it currently operates in 32 countries with the same common goal: to guide consumers to the best products in their market and reward the manufacturers for quality and innovation.
In Canada, the Product of the Year seal is backed by the votes of more than 5,300 Canadian consumers, serving as a shortcut for shoppers, saving them time and money.
For manufacturers of the winning products, the award is a powerful marketing message proven to increase product trial, awareness, distribution and sales.
Product of the Year accepts entries from consumer products that demonstrate innovation in one or more areas including (but not limited to) design, function or packaging and were launched within the previous 18 months.
A jury of industry experts selects finalists that represent the Product of the Year standards of value and innovation.
Those selected finalists are categorized and judged through an online survey of Canadian consumers conducted by Rogers Connect Market Research Group.
Consumers vote and select the winning products that are worthy of the Product of the Year title and distinct red logo.
Winning products are announced each year at an awards night held in Toronto each year, and will receive the 2013 Product of the Year winners package that includes:
* The right to use the POY seal in their marketing and communications
* A detailed consumer research report with category specific results (conducted by Rogers Connect Market Research Group)
* Exposure across Rogers Media Properties and more!
