Flow Water has announced the transition of Paul Dowdall from chief financial officer to president.

Dowdall is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 25 years of management experience. He has led the recapitalization and restructuring of several companies and in previous roles, oversaw areas like regulatory compliance, supply chain logistics, customer support and management information systems.

The Canadian beverage company also announced “a new phase as a privately held company."

"This restructuring provides a stable foundation for the business, its partners, customers, suppliers, and employees," said Dowdall. "Our focus is on quality, reliability and disciplined growth, with an eye toward innovation."

The transition to privately held will see the continuation of day-to-day operations and a reprioritization on customer focus.
