Former PepsiCo exec joins Guru Organic Energy as EVP of sales

Guru Organic Energy Corp. has appointed former PepsiCo Canada executive Patrick Charbonneau as its new executive vice president of sales.

Charbonneau brings more than 25 years of experience in the food and beverage industry to his new role.

The executive spent more than 11 years at PepsiCo, most recently serving as general manager and vice president of foodservice. Prior to that, he spent 10 years at Frito-Lay in customer management roles, including two director of sales jobs.

“Patrick’s deep understanding of the food and beverage landscape, coupled with his remarkable leadership track record, aligns perfectly with GURU’s mission to grow sustainably while staying true to our values. We are thrilled to have him join our team as we continue to expand our presence across North America and beyond,” Carl Goyette, president and CEO of the Montreal-headquartered organic energy drink brand, said in a release.
