Innovation on show at Fresh Summit 2019

From the conventional to the inspired, PMA’s big show highlighted the power of plants

More than 1,200 exhibitors were showcasing their goods at the Produce Marketing Association’s 70th annual Fresh Summit in Anaheim, Calif., last weekend. A true plant-based extravaganza, the thousands of products on show ranged from conventional produce to innovative value-added offerings and cutting-edge technology. While there was much to see and sample, here are some of the products that grabbed our attention.
