There was no shortage of innovations at the largest grocery show on Earth.

SIAL Paris took place last week over the course of five days. Products featured ranged from the bizarre – think edible insects and Amsterdam cannabis-flavoured instant noodles – to sophisticated enhancements, like ketchup infused with truffles and pistachios covered in dark chocolate.
