Canadian Grocer’s Star Women in Grocery ceremony brought together industry leaders last week to celebrate 49 women who have demonstrated expertise, innovation, vision and leadership in the grocery business.
At the special breakfast event held in Toronto on Sept. 28, winners participated in a panel discussion about leadership, delving into such topics as the importance of accepting feedback, the challenges of being a working parent and treating vulnerability as an asset.
