Italian Centre Shop grows footprint with new Calgary store

Italian Centre Shop is opening its second store in Calgary this week. 

On Thursday (July 16), the Alberta retailer will welcome customers to its new location at the Northland Village Mall (5111 Northland Drive NW #2150).

Spanning 22,000 square feet, the shop will include a large deli with a variety of cheeses, meats and antipasti, a “tavola calda” serving up hot, ready-to-eat meals, an artisan bakery offering fresh breads and sweets baked daily and the retailer’s cafe, which will serve made to order pizzas, sandwiches and Italian coffee.

“Thank you for all the love and support over the past few months—we can't wait to welcome you inside,” the company said in a social media post. 

Italian Centre Shop currently operates five locations in Edmonton and Calgary.
