Modern Plant Based Foods Inc. is getting into the vegan cheese market. The Vancouver-based plant-based food manufacturer is launching a line of dairy-free artisan cheeses called kitsCheeze. Rolling out to select retailers in May, the kitsCheeze line includes a Crumbled Parmesan, Mozzarella Brine, Cheddar Cheeze and Cashew Cream Cheese. In addition, Modern Meats is introducing a variety of Cheeze Sauces including a tangy and spicy pickled jalapeno queso and nacho sauce.
