Loblaw Advance upgrades data and analytics platform

Retail media network introduces agentic AI, new customization features

Loblaw Companies’ retail media network, Loblaw Advance, has introduced new features to its Data Insights & Analytics platform. 

The update includes a new agentic AI experience, as well as additional customization capabilities.

The platform allows users to ask business questions in plain language and receive immediate analysis based on their subscribed datasets, Loblaw said.

It also introduces customizable homepages, key insights and dashboards.

"Our goal is to provide partners with the most powerful and intuitive tools to connect with Canadian shoppers," said Leanne Gibson, senior vice-president, Loblaw Advance, in a press release. "By embedding advanced analytics and customization at the core of the experience, we're helping organizations make smarter, faster decisions while reducing the complexity traditionally associated with retail data."

Loblaw Advance helps brands to launch impactful advertising campaigns and provides access to the food and pharmacy giant’s retail intelligence.
