Mondelez CEO looks to create a 'culture of questioning'
In retail and marketing we often hear about cultures of innovation--collaborative environments where employees are encouraged and, perhaps more importantly, empowered to test, learn and fail. Conventional wisdom tells us this is the road to a happy workforce and a healthy bottom line.
