Most recently she led the foods portfolio of Unilever Canada.

"We are thrilled to welcome Naniss to Mondelez Canada," said Gustavo Valle, executive vice president and president, North America for Mondelēz International, in a release. "Her passion for people and culture, paired with strong business acumen makes Naniss the right person to lead the Canada business in its next phase to deliver our strategic priorities on our path to Vision 2030."

Valle also thanked Schlieper for her leadership in Canada since 2022.
