Nations to open new entertainment and food retail store in Oakville, Ont.

Nations Fresh Foods has announced its new family entertainment and food retail store, Nations Experience, is set to open in Oakville, Ont., in 2027. The 120,000 square-foot flagship location will fill the former Hudson’s Bay at Oakville Place.

“The two-story space will offer a unique combination of international grocery shopping, global cuisines and multigenerational entertainment,” notes a press release. 

This concept builds on the pilot location launched eight years ago at RioCan’s Stockyards Village in Toronto. The Oakville location's entertainment section is called "Forever Young".

"This is much more than retail. It's a destination designed for families who want to shop, play, dine, and connect, all under one roof", said Frank Ho, vice president of real estate development for Nations Fresh Foods, in a press release.
