Freson Bros. was recently recognized by the National Grocers Association (NGA) at the 2024 Creative Choice Awards on March 10.

The Alberta-based independent food retail chain was presented a Creative Choice Award in the category of traditional media for its prime rib day program.

The NGA is a trade association representing the independent supermarket industry in North America. Their annual Creative Choice Awards recognizes grocers’ marketing and merchandising programs.

“I’m so proud that Freson Bros. is being  recognized throughout North America for our marketing activity, but it wouldn’t be possible without the great products and large number of skilled team members within the company. We have so many wonderful stories about Alberta products to share with our communities,” said Mandi Fawcett, marketing director, in a press release.
