Nola Baking Co. Power Pancakes, Boost Bars

Nola Baking Co. has launched a line of kids’ products. The gluten-free Power Pancake mix is a buckwheat, oat and banana flour blend that is available in Original and Chocolate flavours.

Made with a date base, the Boost Bars contain oats, quinoa, fruits and vegetables, and are gluten free and free from refined sugar and artificial preservatives. They’re available in Apple Cinnamon and Chocolate Brownie flavours.

The line is launching in collaboration with Sesame Street, with characters such as Elmo and Big Bird appearing on packaging.
