Nuts for Cheese is following up the launch of its non-dairy “cheese” with two SKUs of vegan "butters" made from Certified Organic, Fairtrade cashews and coconut oil. Available in original salted and herb & garlic varieties, the vegan butters are dairy-free, gluten-free, soy-free, non-GMO and free from gums and fillers. The London, Ont. maker says the vegan butters are similar to double-churned, artisan butter and can be used for baking, spreading or melting.
