Retail leaders convened in Toronto earlier this week for the 2023 edition of Canadian Grocer's GroceryConnex.
Held at the Fairmont Royal York on Nov. 20, the full day of keynotes and expert panels delved into the theme of Evolving Retail – where retail is going, new opportunities and challenges in today's world and how the business and consumers are changing.
The event featured this year’s Golden Pencil Award winners – Jamie Nelson, COO of Pattison Food Group and EVP of Save-On-Foods, and Susan Niczowski, founder and president of Summer Fresh Salads Inc. – and the GenNext Awards ceremony.
