The trade show, held in Montreal, brings together national and international exhibitors and professionals
The agri-food industry have convened in Montreal this week for SIAL Canada's 21st edition.
Held at the Palais des congrès de Montréal May 15 to May 17, the 2024 event has brought together some 21,000 professionals and more than 1,000 exhibitors.
This year's event includes a new competition, Best Canadian Cheesemonger, along with key events such as the Pitch Competition and the SIAL Innovation showcase. Elsewhere, experts and keynote panels delve into topics such as packaging, innovation, trends, technology, to-go service, retail, supply chain management and more.
