T&T Supermarket opened its flagship U.S. store in Bellevue, Washington on Thursday (Dec. 5).

Located at The Marketplace at Factoria (12620 SE 41st Place), the store—first announced in June 2023—opens spans 76,000 square feet.

It's the largest Asian supermarket in the state of Washington, offering an assortment of authentic Asian products, fresh produce, live seafood, an in-store kitchen and bakery and Asian beauty products.

Consumers can shop over 200 T&T private label products, including pork soup dumplings (Xiao Long Bao), Korean kalbi marinade, green onion pancakes and seaweed snacks.

The Loblaw Cos. Ltd.-owned supermarket chain currently operates more than 35 stores in Canada.

In addition to the Bellevue location, T&T is slated to open two other stores stateside in Lynnwood, Washington and San Jose, California

In November, the company announced it had hired Chris Pine as its new head of real estate to oversee T&T's expansion into the U.S. market.

"We're incredibly excited to open our doors in Bellevue and introduce U.S. shoppers to the T&T experience," said Tina Lee, CEO of T&T Supermarket, in a November release announcing the opening date for the store. "From our fresh kitchen dishes to our one-of-a-kind bakery and exclusive private-label items, we aim to bring the rich flavors of Asia directly to the community. We want to be the go-to destination not only for Asian families but for anyone eager to explore new culinary traditions in the Pacific Northwest."
