Pusateri's caters to customers with new menus

As the line separating supermarkets and restaurants continues to blur, one grocer is taking on fine dining head on.

Pusateri's Fine Foods has launched a full breakfast, lunch and weekend brunch menu at its Yorkville and Bayview Village locations.

Its flagship Avenue Road store will offer some of the food as pre-packed items and daily specials in its hot and cold counters.

The featured menu items are a reflection of the gourmet grocer's high-end food selection. The weekday breakfast menu highlights items like steel-cut oats or egg whites and greens for health-conscious consumers. Those looking to indulge can partake in banana and Nutella waffles and apple and white cheddar grilled cheese sandwiches.

A raw kale salad is available for a lunch option, as are lobster crunch rolls.
