Respecting the forest

Early in its sustainable journey, the company took steps to ensure it was responsibly and sustainably sourcing fibre. As a result of its efforts, in 2011 Kruger Products became the first Canadian tissue company to achieve Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®) Chain of Custody Certification from the Rainforest Alliance for many of its consumer and away-from-home tissue products. Certification ensures accountability through every step of the supply chain, from forest to product shelf.
