Saputo makes senior leadership changes
Saputo has made senior leadership changes "aimed at further
supporting its operations and growth strategy," according to a press release.
Carl Colizza, who was overseeing the dairy divisions for Canada and Argentina, has been appointed president and chief operating officer, North America. As such, Frank Guido has been appointed president and chief operating officer, dairy division Canada.
Both positions take effect April 1.
Saputo also recently announced the appointment of Martin Gagnon as chief acquisition and strategic development officer, effective April 1. Gagnon joined the company in 2016 as executive vice-president, mergers and acquisitions.
The company made the announcement during its most recent quarterly report. Saputo's third-quarter revenue totalled $3.58 billion, up from $3.02 billion a year earlier, as the company benefited from acquisitions.
