Last Thursday Quebec specialty grocer Valmont opened its seventh store in the Dix30 shopping district in the Montreal suburb of Brossard

Valmont Galerie Gastronomique, as it’s called, is a 15,000-sq.-ft. fine food emporium that co-owner Pierre Legault says was developed over two years after touring many fine food stores across North America.
