Calgary-headquartered plant-based hot dog company, Sensible Hot Dogs, has appointed CEO Shawn Balaghi as director and Lindsay Hamelin as corporate secretary.
The appointments come as corporate secretary Dustin Merritt and director Ralph Olson depart the company.

He previously served as CEO and CFO for several publicly listed companies and has worked closely with independent auditing firms in Canada and the U.S.

Hamelin, meanwhile, has 17 years experience as a self-employed consultant and in leading Canadian law firms.
During her career, she has focused on securities and corporate finance and assisted with managing and orchestrating public company requirements with a focus on the CSE, TSXV and TSX stock exchanges, as well as listings on the OTC Markets.
