SIAL Canada will be held online this year.
The food and beverage expo will still take place September 29 to October 1, but through a virtual platform. SIAL Canada says the event will include an optimized chat system, access to an international buyers program, virtual meetings with experts, webinars and more.

Meanwhile, SIAL Paris has been postponed until next year. It is scheduled to return Oct. 15-19, 2022.
SIAL Paris will, however, host a series of “events” starting later this fall that will cover “major global issues, trends and innovation that are set to shape the food industry of the future.” This will include research and trend forecasting.
