The finalists for the innovation award all highlight the newest trends in food
The following 10 products were all finalists vying for the 2013 Sial innovation grand prize. Acadien Atlantic's smoked salmon pâté won the grand prize on May 1.
For its healthy attributes and clean ingredient deck, the smoked salmon pâté was said to stand out from the other finalists.
The products will be on display during the Sial Canada show that runs April 30 to May 2 at the Direct Energy Centre in Toronto.
