Silver Hills Bakery Sprouted Power breads

Silver Hills Bakery has added two organic sprouted breads to its product lineup: Farmer Fife and Wheat & Greet. Each loaf provides nearly 50% or more of the daily recommended serving of whole grains, six to eight grams of fibre and six to 12 grams of protein per two-slice serving. The loaves are available at Loblaws, Choices, IGA, Sobeys, Whole Foods, Longo's, Metro, and Nature’s Fare.
