Snowflake apple

Algoma Orchards has partnered with Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada’s tree fruit breeding program to create the Snowflake apple. With a rosy-red skin and a “snow-white” flesh, this non-GMO apple is juicy and crisp with distinctive snowflake-like lenticels that inspired its name.
