Star Women in Grocery 2022 – call for nominations!

We’ve just put out the call for nominations for the 2022 Star Women in Grocery Awards! If you know a remarkable woman making a difference in the industry, we want to hear about her! Click here to nominate or to find more information about the awards.

Since 2012, Canadian Grocer’s Star Women in Grocery Awards have celebrated the achievements of women across the Canadian grocery industry—from those working on the frontlines in the stores to presidents and CEOs across retail, consumer packaged goods companies and foundations. Check out last year’s Star Women in Grocery winners.

To win a Star Women in Grocery Award, nominees must demonstrate innovation, leadership and a commitment to the grocery industry in Canada. Winners are selected in three categories: senior-level stars (vice-presidents and higher), rising stars (any candidate on the rise who is not a vice president or higher) and store-level stars.

There’s no fee to nominate, and the deadline to submit your nomination is March 25, 2022. 

Winners will be announced on Canadiangrocer.com in June and featured in the June/July 2022 issue of the magazine. We’ll also celebrate the winners’ at the annual Star Women in Grocery event in the fall.
