Summer Fresh Greek Orzo, 3 Grain Sesame Ginger salads

Summer Fresh has launched two summer-inspired salads: Greek Orzo, and 3 Grain Sesame Ginger. The Greek Orzo salad is a blend of orzo pasta, diced red and yellow peppers, Kalamata olives, Mediterranean spices and crumbled feta cheese.

Summer Fresh’s 3 Grain Sesame Ginger is a medley of grains combined with wheat berry, barley, quinoa, yellow and red peppers, shredded carrots, edamame, a light ginger sesame dressing, topped with chia seeds.
