Tebbie Chuchla has joined Keurig Dr Pepper Canada as vice-president of marketing.
In this role, Chuchla will lead the company’s brand activation strategies for its Canadian product portfolio and will oversee the Insights and Innovation team, and the Brand Public Relations and Influencer Marketing team.
Chuchla, a 2018 Star Women in Grocery award winner, was most recently head of marketing at Conagra Brands in Canada, where she was credited with transforming the struggling Orville Redenbacher brand and played a pivotal role in developing Healthy Choice Power Bowls.
Chuchla's hire follows recent structural changes made within the company, with Jonathan Lauzon and Chris McMahon moving into expanded roles.
Lauzon, vice-president of sales, is taking over At Home operations including the management of the company's coffee partner brands and bottler relationships. As vice-president Away from Home, McMahon is overseeing the Van Houtte Coffee Services business and the Away from Home Keurig Dr Pepper Canada team.
In a press release, the company said these changes aimed “to provide focus to the At Home and Away from Home channels and allow teams to create synergies for each business segment.”
